This event runs from 8-10 SHARP, so get there on time!

In it's 6th year, Waking Windows has decided that it wants Hip-Hop to be represented & has asked Sound Affects to curate a 2-Hour Showcase of local artists. This will be the first of many monthly events that we will be holding!

The Showcase will start with a Live Mixtape portion, where various artists perform songs that are blended together in rapid succession. The Live Mixtape will include songs from Self Portrait, Boomslang, PreciseMC, Budnick, LoKi & more!

Next, we will be Featuring a few artists who have new material to showcase with longer sets including: Eyedos, Forest gray, & Mister Burns (of The Lynguistic Civilians).

Finally, the Showcase will end with a Freestyle Cypher open to any and all people who would like to participate! Live music for the Freestyle Cypher will be provided by cworner stwore (MPC, Bass, Clairnet)!

This will be a BIG night for Vermont Hip-Hop & we hope you will come out to support the local movement. Sound Affects is a community event & ultimately, it will become what we all make it. Let's make it something truly special!

We are celebrating the 2 Year Anniversary of Mind Spray, Boston's premier hip-hop showcase & open mic, at Brighton Music Hall on Sunday, April 10!
